The Program
Our program is a 30 minute, strength training workout. It uses a slow motion technique that involves the whole body, therefore, requiring you to train no more than twice a week. Suitable for all ages, with one-on-one personal attention, individual needs are met. Our slow motion strength training is made possible by our specialized equipment. While physically and mentally challenging, we provide you with the safest, most time efficient and effective workout possible.
- Safe: lifting weights slowly reduces force and impact making the exercise safer on muscles and joints reducing the risk of injury. Strict attention to form also helps to eliminate the potential for injury.
- Effective: lifting weights slowly reduces influences such as momentum and gravity making the exercise both harder and more productive. Slow motion strength training has been shown to be 50% more productive than regular weight training.
- Efficient: lifting weights slowly maximizes muscular effort. This decreases the time necessary to cause the stimulation needed for muscles to respond and become stronger.
